Running and Jogging
Last week I shared these best bodyweight exercises, which are especially good for runners who don't belong to a gym and have very little fitness equipment at home. If you're in that situation, you may also like these cardio exercises from our Exercise Guide, Paige. Besides being great cross training for runners, what I love about these exercises is you can do all of them in the convenience and comfort of your own home. My personal favorite are burpees, which I still like to call squat thrusts, a throwback to my elementary school gym class days.
