The revelation that Osama bin Laden was living in a house half a mile from the main Pakistani military academy has raised difficult questions about the U.S.-Pakistan relationship. Expert Michael O’Hanlon says that while it’s important to re-examine this relationship after Bin Laden’s death, it remains in the interests of both countries to keep the channels of communication open.
