Running and Jogging
I recently received the following email from reader Mary: "I am writing to you hoping you have some hints on how to get out of a 'running funk.' I ran my first marathon in January. Since then, I have barely run. Although I want to run, I don't. I am not sure what is going on. And to make it all worse, I've gained weight from not exercising and eating junk food. How do I get out of this rut? I feel lost and don't know where to begin."
