We’re back with another round up of coin collecting news and articles from across the internet! First, a numismatic interview with Jeff Garrett. The latest interview on Coin Update News is with Jeff Garrett, a well known figure in numismatics and author of many popular reference books.

Mint News Blog covers the preliminary details for the 2011 Proof Gold Eagles and the possibility for a sales suspension for the 2011 Silver Proof Sets.

In Germany, the production of silver commemorative coins will be curtailed due to the higher price of the metal. The article says they will begin producing more commemoratives in copper-nickel composition.
