NGC has certified an unpublished variety for an 1892-CC Gold Eagle. The coin was originally submitted to NCS for conservation.

And now for some notable auctions. First, a collection of 1950-1963 Proof Franklin Half Dollars housed in a Capital Plastics holder.

Next, a 1936 Satin Proof Lincoln Cent graded NGC PF 65 RB. The same seller has some other certified 1936 proof coins up for auction.

Last, a 1998-D Lincoln Cent over struck on a 1998-D Roosevelt Dime. The mint error is authenticated by NGC and graded MS65.

That’s it for this update. Have a great weekend!
