Running and Jogging
A lot of runners I know are running races this weekend and they've been constantly checking the forecast on weather.com. Right now, they're calling for rain, which has a lot of them totally freaking out. While it's not perfect race day weather, a cool, rainy day definitely beats a sunny, warm one. Once you're running, you won't even notice the rain anymore. But here are tips to help keep you as comfortable as possible:
