Scott Downard ran a flawless race when he broke the tape at the Cowtown Marathon in Fort Worth, Texas. He just forgot to do one important thing -- sign up for the race. Instead, the 25-year-old ran using the race bib of a friend who had signed up but couldn't run the race.
