Monday Motivation Tip: Run Hills

Running and Jogging

Hill running may not sound like the best way to get motivated to run, but you may be surprised at how much a few inclines can spice up your runs. Plan a running route that has at least one hill in it and, when you come to it, run up and down it a few times before moving on. And if high temperatures or rainy weather is keeping you indoors, try this hill treadmill workout.
