We’re back for one more round up of coin collecting news and articles to finish out the week! First, the release of the collectible uncirculated version of the 2011 American Silver Eagle. Also, continuity and change in U.S. coin design, coinflation.com acquired, new member for the CCAC, mutilated coin redemption program, world and ancient coin auction, possible implications for error coins, platinum and gold, Donald Trump and gold, and notable auctions. The United States Mint has begun sales of the 2011-W Uncirculated Silver Eagle. Later in the year, the coin is also planned to be included in a special 25th anniversary set.
