We’re back for another round up of coin collecting news and articles from around the internet! The latest US Mint numismatic sales report confirms that the Yosemite Five Ounce Coins are not sold out and provides some explanation. A new US Mint sales report is available along with a statement from the US Mint confirming that the waitlist notice for the 2010-P Yosemite Five Ounce Silver Coin had been posted in error. According to the report, sales are at 25,338 out of the 27,000 maximum mintage.

This Mint News Blog discusses the sales and unusual circumstances for this year’s gold commemorative coins. It’s still early, but these coins seem to have the potential for low mintages.

Authorized purchasers will be able to place orders for the next America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coin release on July 18. The design features Chickasaw National Recreation Area.

Next, the 2010-W Jane Pierce First Spouse Gold Coin graded PCGS MS70. This seems to be the lowest mintage release of the series from last year.
