We’re back with another round up of coin collecting news from around the internet! First, new sales statistics for United States Mint numismatic products and bullion coins. Also, increased prices for 2011 US Mint products, reports from the FUN convention, sales of the America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coins begin at other authorized purchasers, 100 ounce gold nugget, 2001 Buffalo Silver Dollars, Buffalo Nickels, Bank of Estonia interview, and notable auctions. New sales statistics for US Mint coins include the weekly numismatic product report and the monthly bullion report. On the numismatic side, more proof Eagles have sold out. On the bullion side, monthly sales were low, although Silver Eagles established a new record on an annual basis.
Pricing information is available for US Mint 2011 numismatic products. Unfortunately, it’s another year of steep increases for most product types.

And now for some notable auctions. First, to go with one of today’s articles, here are the current auctions for the 2001 Buffalo Commemorative Silver Dollars.
Next, the 2006 20th Anniversary Gold Eagle set, which includes the one ounce uncirculated, proof, and reverse proof coins.
Last, a huge lot of more than $60,000 face value worth of coins, weighing nearly 4,000 pounds. The lot consists of mostly brilliant uncirculated rolls.
