We’re back to bring you another round up of coin collecting new and articles from around the internet! First, with no significant product releases in the past week, the US Mint sales report focuses on the James Buchanan’s Liberty Gold Coin, which has been a consistent strong seller. Also, bold predictions for 2011, rare 25 cent note found in book, coins graded Proof 70, crackdown on bogus September 11 “coins,” Miles Standish, strength at the top of the rare coin market, “weird” coins, and notable auctions. The latest US Mint numismatic product sales report takes focus on the 2010 James Buchanan’s Liberty First Spouse Gold Coin, which has a reasonable chance for selling out of the maximum mintage.
