Make time to get healthier this year! Get up a little earlier each morning and get moving. You will thank yourself for it later. The key is to get a healthy "habit" started. Then it will feel so "wrong" when you can't do it.

Happy New Year! The start of the new year is a great time to begin a new healthy habit and, since you're already on this site, I probably don't have to convince you of the many great reasons to start running.
