After giving birth in 2007 and again in 2010, Lisa was looking for a way to lose some baby weight and get more energy.

"I've always dreamed of being able to run. On and off throughout the years I would put shoes on and jog around the block, only to collapse in the yard back at home coughing and with painful side pain. I would feel defeated and assume there was something wrong with me physically and I just couldn't do it. I was tired of the extra weight, plus I was still waking up all night with my 4-month-old, so I battled exhaustion all day. I tried a few workout videos. Boring! Plus it was too easy to get distracted with the baby and hit 'pause'. I needed some exercise that was quick and efficient."
