Running and Jogging
I'm headed out to San Francisco this weekend to support my team at the Nike Women's Marathon. As you might imagine with a marathon in SF, the course has some, um, let's say, bigger than average hills. But while the uphills are challenging, it's actually downhill running that can get runners into trouble. Hit the downhill too fast and hard, and you'll pay for it later in the race. Here are some tips on downhill running:
